Your proofs will be uploaded to this website, whether you purchase a package or choose to purchase your pictures individually, for your friends & family to view. All galleries are secured with a password that I will give to you and only those people that you choose to share the password with will have access to your gallery. Your online proofing gallery will be ready within one - two weeks of your session (based on size of shoot/number of photos to edit). I will contact you when it is available to view.

The goal of the session is to capture the spirit and personality of the family – there will be no formal smile and say “cheese” photos during this session. NEWBORN/CHILDREN: As a mother myself, I know the importance of capturing images of your child at various stages of their growing up. I strive to capture a natural look rather than a posed look. I watch for that natural smile, that gleam in the eye and a hint of laughter. I consider myself a person who gets along great with kids and (as a mother) know how to communicate with them. We can meet at your home, a park or other location.
MATERNITY: Whether you wish to have pictures taken monthly of your pregnancy progress or at the end of your baby in his/her last stages of growth in the womb, maternity pictures are awesome to have. A pregnancy glow is the best to capture.
FAMILY OR INDIVIDUAL PORTRAITS: I will capture photographic memories of the people you love. Each year brings changes to all of us. Let me help you preserve your family history in photographs. I will be happy to meet you at your home, a park, or just about anywhere you want.
ENGAGEMENT: I love shooting engagement sessions and I try to make this a fun experience for all of us.
WEDDINGS: One of the biggest events of your life will be your wedding day. I take extra special care and time when doing a wedding. I will work out all of the details with you before the wedding to make sure all your pictures turn out perfect.
REUNIONS/RECEPTIONS/BABYSHOWERS/ETC: If you are having a family gathering or celebration, I can help capture the moment. I'll take formal poses, and hundreds of candid shots. Just contact me and let me know what your specific needs are and I'll develop the right solution tailored to your situation.
SENIOR PORTRAITS:Your senior portrait session will last about two hours, includes multiple locations, and you are welcome to as many outfit changes as time allows. All sessions are outdoor environmental sessions, which means we may have to reschedule if the weather does not cooperate. If you have a morning session scheduled, I will call you if we have to cancel. If you don't hear from me, our session is on! Feel free to bring props or items that have meaning to you, but let me know in advance if you want to be photographed with something big (like your car or horse!). Bring a friend along if you want; it sometimes helps to have someone else there to help you look your best!
If all you want is a nice group or individual photo of people smiling in front of a screen backdrop then you are probably better off going to Sears or other photo studio that specialize in that type of work and offer their services for low to moderate prices. If you want hundreds of images with free online gallery, capturing the personality of your family and the feeling of the moment, then I am the photographer for you.

FINISH CHOICES:
GLOSSY: printed on coated paper with a very smooth, shiny reflective surface. Glossy finishes have a high-contrast appearance and look slick to the touch when not under glass. This finish has an excellent dynamic range and color - slightly more "pop" than the matte paper, though less noticeable once framed. Photos will have a shiny finish, colors will be vibrant, and images will be crisp and sharp.
MATTE: Matte finishes have a very smooth, non-glare surface. Matte finishes have a lower-contrast when printed and are often used to enhance the texture of a print. Fingerprint and smudge resistant, and works very well with black and white photos. Much less glare than with glossy.
LUSTRE: Lustre is a premium finish on a heavier paper. It offers the vibrant colors of glossy with the fingerprint-resistant finish of matte. Printed on Kodak Supra Endura paper.
What About Longevity? KODAK Endura (Lustre) and Edge (Glossy & Matte) papers are designed to last for generations. KODAK's tested light-keeping is equivalent to 100 years before noticeable fading occurs in a typical home display, and over 200 years in dark storage.

Bring hats, toys, or personal props for some poses if you choose. Newborns look precious in their own skin. In order to keep the focus on a newborn or baby and to be able to make those cute collages and storyboards, parents should bring or wear a black long sleeved turtleneck. Bring the child's favorite blanket, keepsake, toy, or stuffed animal. Maternity clients should speak to me about suggestions for their particular session. •Outdoor sessions will most often not have a place to change. If you wear a layered outfit, you can add or drop a layer for different looks. Girls: Your makeup should be a little heavier than normal. Makeup with SPF can give you a shine in photographs; if your session will be in the summer months, a little powder can be helpful to reduce the sheen. Guys: Wear a black or gray T-shirt under dark shirts, and leave the white socks at home!
